• Registration for divisions may close early, without notice, depending of registration levels.

• DBA will not assign a player to a team until payment has been received.

• All players who reside in a community other than Devon (or surrounding area), MUST FIRST register with their Local/Home Association (if available). Policies

• Please return jerseys to the coach at the final game of the season. If jerseys are not returned to your head coach within 2 weeks after the season has ended a jersey fee of $35 will be applied to the members Spordle account preventing future registrations using Spordle until the deposit is paid.
• A $50 fee will be charged for all cancelled registration after Apr 1. This fee will be waived if a player is injured and unable to play prior May 1.  Contact the registrar via email for all refund requests.
• Refunds will not be available after May 1.
• Head Coaches get 1 (One) FREE Registration  

Fundraising

• We are a not-for-profit organization and fundraising is our primary source of revenue for our program and we appreciate your commitment and support.
• $100.00 Fundraising commitment will be completed via 10 raffle tickets valued at $10 each for all registrants. This is a mandatory commitment and will be added to your registration cost.

Preseason Practice and Evaluations

Practice and evaluations are typically held in April in the Devon Arena or Nisku Turf Center.  Schedules will be provided via the website and email.

House Teams(Completes in a League Tournament)

Teams will compete in house leagues during the regular season following Baseball Alberta Guidelines.

Rep A Teams(Completes in a Provincial Tournament)

Player evaluations will be scheduled for all levels that have sufficient interest.  Teams will compete in house league during the regular season and after the completion in June, they will continue to play in the Alberta “A” Division League.  There will be level up fees of $50 for players that play on these teams.  Additional fundraising may be required for A teams to cover all additional expenses for team gear and additional tournaments. 

Competitive AA Teams(Completes in a Provincial Tournament)

Player evaluations will be scheduled for all levels that have sufficient interest.  Majority of games are played on weekends at locations throughout the province.  There will be level up fees of $200 for players that play on these teams.  Additional fundraising is required for AA teams to cover all additional expenses for team gear and additional tournaments.  AA teams shall also designate a team manager and head coaches and assistant coaches shall meet the training requirements of Baseball Alberta.
